Ok, so I eat at Chipotle quite often for lunch, and I always enter the weekly free burrito business card contest. I won last week, and they did not email me like the other locations do. So I called today, and they said they only fax the winner. Well, my card does not have a fax number. they said they would look into it and get back to me. No word yet.
So, I decided to email corporate and see what the policy was regarding the contest, and how most locations just email you when you win, and why this location would only fax. I think they should specify that they only fax the winner so people dropping their cards will make sure the required info is on the card.
Well, to get to the corporate email was ok, although I thought the resonse to submitting my email was a bit off, they ballooned a saying from one of the head guys on the page that said, 'Burp! We'll get back to you'. I thought their website was generally cool, but hard to get around. Chipotle - Franklin & Lake

For those of you that are part of Columbia House DVD club, like I am, you can ask them to get rid of the Director's Selection from automatically being sent out.
I discovered today, that I had missed my 10 day cutoff to decline, and they tried to ship RV to me, billing me $27+. I'm sorry, I have a policy that I really don't buy DVDs for more than $10, let alone, one I have not even seen.
Fortunately, I have the account tied to a debit card that I tend to keep pretty empty and they were not able to authorize the purchase yet.
Anyway, if you want them to stop doing the Director's Selection thing, you must contact them and tell them, that you don't want to have to respond to your Director's Selection or return your Order Card except to place an order.
Caveat is, to maintain an account with them, you must buy a DVD from them at least once every three months or they will start nagging you. they refer to it as maintaining your membership status. Now, I do not know for sure if this refers to, losing your status and going back to dealing with the Director's Selection or losing your account. I'm willing to bet they will start sending out director's selections again, rather than canceling your account.
